The main operator of the boat must be at least 21 years old, have 2 years of boating experience, and have a NC boaters license if born after 1/1/1980. We all require a copy of photo ID and a credit card for a security deposit.

All of our rentals depart from Hagers Creek Access area, 788 McKendree Road, Mooresville, NC 28117. For clients with a dock on Lake Norman, delivery and pickup options are available.

All of out boats have a max capacity of 10 or a weight limit or 1600lbs. For groups of more than 8, we recommend a second boat for maximum comfort of all of our guests.

Your rental includes: the premium Veranda pontoon boat, first tank of fuel, 2 water floats, all required safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguisher, etc.), safety orientation, and lake map with recommendations. Optional dock delivery is available for an additional fee.

We understand plans change! Cancellations made 5 days or more before your rental receive a full refund. Cancellations from 5 days to 24 hours prior receive 50% refund. No refunds within 24 hours. Absolutely! You're welcome to bring food, snacks, and beverages. Beer, white wine, and champagne are permitted (21+ only). Hard liquor is illegal on NC waterways. Red wine is not allowed. Renters are responsible for cleaning fees/damges to boat due to food/drink.

Every rental includes 2 water floats/lily pads for relaxing on the water. We also offer tube rentals for an additional fee. Our boats are equipped with ski tow bars perfect for pulling tubes and water toys. Let us know what you need when booking!

Safety is our priority. If severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds) makes boating unsafe on your rental day, you can reschedule for any available date. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if conditions look questionable. Rentals that are cut short due to weather will receive a partial refund. Light rain or a passing shower does not warrant a partial refund.
